We optionally capture your email address during installation of the Zendesk app.

Updating your email address

You can add, edit or manually remove your email address from our database at any time by:

1. Navigating to Apps > Manage

2. Clicking "Change Settings" on the AimHappy/AimHappy Lite app (click the cog)

3. Add, edit or removing the email address in the "email" field

4. Return to the AimHappy dashboard

5. Click "Configuration" in the footer of the dashboard

6. Click the Update button in the App Settings section

 

This process will remove your email address from our database
